Clear boundaries before commitment.
These platform terms describe the current Kumusha Homes digital experience. A paid property, construction, professional or management service requires separate engagement terms identifying the responsible contracting parties.
Last updated 23 August 2026The website is not itself a property transfer, legal instruction, escrow service or bank. Buttons, budgets, status labels and project records do not by themselves complete a purchase, transfer title or move money.
Illustrative and live information
Property concepts, sample inventory, pricing, development releases and availability may be illustrative unless a page clearly identifies a current live source and status. Users should not treat a prototype property card or design concept as an offer, reservation or representation of current availability.
Kumusha Verified
“Kumusha Verified” should only describe the specific evidence or checks actually completed and recorded. It is not a blanket guarantee of title, legality, condition, planning status, value, ownership or suitability. Independent legal, survey, planning and other professional checks may still be required.
Professional roles
Kumusha may organise information from lawyers, surveyors, architects, contractors, agents, inspectors or other professionals. Their appearance in a project does not automatically create a professional retainer. Any regulated or professional service should have its own scope, responsibility and engagement terms.
Payments and commercial records
Budgets and payment schedules in My Kumusha are project records. The current interface does not execute bank transfers, receive escrow, create a trust account, confirm cleared funds, or complete ownership transfer. Payment instructions should be independently verified through the agreed contractual process.
Account responsibilities
Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious files or documents unrelated to your authorised project.
Before a paid engagement
The client should receive the identity of the contracting entity, scope, fees, exclusions, responsibilities, complaints/contact process, cancellation or variation provisions where relevant, and any specialist terms required for the service being provided.
